Training programs. At Lifestyle and Fitness, Caboolture, I offer you a range of training programs to help you achieve your goals. My name is Angeline Henderson and I would love to be your personal trainer. I offer personal training in various venues around Caboolture and Morayfield, including the Caboolture Squash Courts on King Street. My role is to ensure you enjoy your workouts as well as your overall and ongoing fitness journey. Before any personal training commences, we assess your current statistics like, body weight, measurements and current diet which are all used to measure your success.

Morayfield Personal Training CabooltureExperience. In the past 14 years, I have enjoyed helping people in my career as an Assistant Nurse. I can now share my knowledge & passion with individuals. Positive lifestyle & fitness changes help improve our physical performance and appearance. It is also important to note the benefits of increased strength, energy and range of movement that comes as a byproduct of effective fitness training. Strength training increases our muscle size as well as tendon and ligament strength which is vital in injury prevention.

Accreditation. Boxing for fitness Certificate III and IV, Registered with Fitness Australia, Senior First Aid, QLD Government workplace health and safety and manual handling and back care.
